Hot Yoga Flow     
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:00am-9:00am        Wednesday 6:45 pm - 7:45pm

In our Hot Yoga Flow the temperature will be between 100-105 degrees with roughly 40% humidity. 
Be prepared to relax and unwind like never before- as each class will include breath work, relaxation, flow, balance, stretching and the reduction of stress, anxiety and any negativity you may be feeling or experiencing.

Yoga Flow (unheated)     
Tuesday 5:15 pm - 6:15 pm      Thursday 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm

In this class we will flow through different sequences of poses targeting a different area of the body each week. You will leave feeling challenged, empowered, and energized. 

Recovery Yin Yoga (unheated)     
Sunday 9:15 am - 10:15 am

In this class we will be working with the connective tissues to keep our bodies in balance from our regular daily activities. To "work" these tissues we will be spending 3-6 minutes in each pose. This allows the body to be still and passive. The use of yoga blocks and a blanket will help support the body when needed. This practice is not only great for your body but your mind will love the time to decompress too!

In this time of Covid-19, we ask that you provide your own blanket. We do have blocks and mats available, but strongly suggest bringing your own when possible.
