I am often asked to send the quotes I use at the end of classes to some students. To make things easier for those interested in the quotes I have designed this page so that I can share them all in one location and they can be accessed at anytime. Most of the quotes I use come from books I have read, the Calm app, and/or Pintrest.
*There is no specific order to the quotes or authors listed*
