1. Are the accommodations booked through Wellnesste?
No. All booking is done through Beautifuldreamyoga@gmail.com.
2. Do I have to pay in full to get the early registration discounts?
No. Only the non-refundable $100 deposit needs to be paid when you book. The remaining balance is due by 4/16/21.
3. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The deposit must be paid in full but we can set up a payment plan for the remaining balance. Payment plans need to be paid by 4/16/21.
5. Is there a retreat cancellation policy?
-Yes. If I or Wellnesste need to cancel the retreat for any reason your non-refundable $100 deposits will be refunded.
-If you need to cancel your attendance for any reason, any of the balance paid will be refunded except for the $100 deposit. Deposits may be transferred to a future retreat or if we are able to fill your spot your deposit may be refunded.
6. What safety measures are in place for COVID-19?
-We ask that if you are not feeling well within 10 days of the retreat to get tested and reach out. If you are sick and cannot make it to the retreat your non- refundable $100 deposit can be transferred to a future retreat.
-As of NYS guideline 1/9/21, masks are still required indoors. Most of our time will be spent outside, weather permitting, and I ask that everyone observes recommended social distancing.
-All cabins and spaces will be cleaned and sanitized upon arrival. Sanitation products will be available for use for all yoga mats & props.
7. Do I need to bring my own mat & props?
If you have your own you are welcome to bring them. I will have some yoga mats, blocks, straps, and bolsters for those that need to borrow them. I ask that you bring your own blanket to be used for yoga classes.
8. Do I need to bring my own bedding & towels?
-Bedding & towels for showering will be provided by Wellnesste. They ask that blankets and towels stay in the cabins and are not used outside.
-If you would like to have a blanket for by the fire or to use for outdoor yoga/meditation sessions please bring your own.
