Yoga Inversions, Balance, & Core Workshop                               @ In Bloom Yoga
Saturday October 17th 11 am - 1 pm

Join Sarah to take your mind, body, and breath connection to a different level. In this workshop, we will spend time working on the following poses: headstand (tripod and forearm), crow pose (with potential variations), and standing balance transitions. We will also focus on short flows to help condition the body for these poses, as well as how to work on these poses safely on your own if you desire.

This is a beginner/intermediate level workshop.


We suggest you have a working yoga and/or fitness practice.

Flow Yoga Foundations                                                       @ Move Breathe Live
Saturday October 24th 10:30 am - 12:30 pm

Whether you're new to yoga or seasoned yogi this workshop is for you! Every BODY is different and what works for one may not work for another. We will spend our time breaking down the more common poses and transitions that you will find in our yoga classes and finding how each pose works best for your body. I invite you to come to the workshop with any additional poses you may have questions about or are unsure if you are getting the most out of them for your body.

Pose examples:
Downward dog, warrior poses, cat/cow, standing balance, vinyasa transition, twist variations...
